Description Flowering Season: Late Spring, Early Summer Height: 1.8 - 4.5m (6-15ft) This slender subtropical shrub native to eastern Australia will adapt to temperate climates. The dark green, strap-like, floppy leaves with toothed margins are no more than 2 cm (3/4 in) wide but 60cm (2ft) long and cascade down a slender stem. Long, drooping panicles of insignificant pale purplish flowers appear in late spring and early summer, followed in late summer by small black berries.
